Activities in Livingstone and Victoria Falls
 
The Victoria Falls area is rapidly becoming known as the ‘Adventure Centre’ of Southern Africa, with various adrenaline sports, unmatched scenery of breathtaking proportions, and many other leisure options for outdoor lovers.
Whitewater Rafting through Batoka Gorge – At low water (between August and January) this is internationally recognised as the best one day rafting in the world! It’s a grade 5 river with huge rapids and waves, an absolutely brilliant day out. Highly recommended.


Gorge Swinging off Batoka Gorge- The worlds first gorge swing as seen on TV all over the world including the amazing race. Activities include abseil, high wire, rap jump, whoopee slide and the gorge swing.  Full/half and single activities available. Highly Recommended.
Bungi Jumping off the 111m high Victoria Falls Bridge. The worlds second highest.
River Boarding mega thrills on the Zambezi rapids - just you and your boogie board. Can be combined with rafting.
Canoeing on the upper Zambezi. Stunning full or half day at easy with the river and wildlife. Highly Recommended.
Elephant back safaris in the Mosi O Tunya National park. Take a ride on the wild side with an Ele ride or just walk with them as they wonder in the bush.
Horseback Trails along the Zambezi and Teak forests. 2-3 hour ride with guides.
Abseiling off the sheer cliffs  of Victoria Falls Gorge. Part of the Zambezi swing set up, abseiling is available as part of there full/half day or as a separate activity. Highly Recommended.
River Safaris, Quiet jet-propelled boats take you into remote parts of the upper Zambezi. Highly Recommended.
Tandem Kayaking: Run with the rafting trips this is the white water ultimate thrill. Not for the faint hearted. Highly Recommended.

Sunset Cruise up the Zambezi River between the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park (Zambia) and the Zambezi National Park (Zimbabwe) Often there are sightings of giraffe, elephant, rhino, hippos and crocodiles, zebra and various antelope. Snacks on the boat and full barbecue dinner afterwards. Highly Recommended.

Jet Boating: get up to speeds of almost 90 km per hour!  buzzing inches away from rocks and doing full 360 degree spins!

Walking Safaris The half-day safari includes a game drive to and from the walking area - tip toe up to giraffe, elephant, zebra, rhino, buffalo and many antelope. Highly Recommended.

Microlighting over the falls – This is the best way to see the falls from the an open two seater microlight. We recommend that everyone fly over the falls for the experience of a life time. Highly Recommended.

Quad biking: 2 hour quad bike ride through the African bush.

Helicopter Flip: over the majestic Falls and Batoka Gorge. 15 or 30 minute flights.

Fishing on the Upper Zambezi: Spend a day on the magnificent Upper Zambezi River - Tiger Fish and bream as well as other fish. Enjoy the amazing bird and wildlife of the region. Highly Recommended.

Livingstone Island: A seasonal activity depending on water level. Visit the island that Livingstone first viewed the falls from. Morning Tea, Lunch or afternoon tea. A stunning few hours. Highly Recommended.
